Because WallWorthy products are custom-made from your uploaded photo and personalized artwork, all sales are final once production begins.
Damaged orders
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (if available)
If damage is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. Requests made before proof approval may be accommodated. Once you approve your proof and production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Photo quality issues
If the photo you provide is not usable, we will contact you to request a better image before creating the artwork.
